So PSN has now been down since Wednesday, so it’s not a hardware error or something like that and now Sony has admitted the error is because of “An external intrusion”. Which actually means: Oh shit somebody hacked us, now we have to shutdown everything, find out what they had access to and how they got in.

Dear Sony, you need to work on your communication skills. When you pull the plug on a service which is pretty vital for 70 million users, it’s not good enough with a status for three days that says: “We are working on it, lolz sorry!” and the finally updating with another service that says “We didn’t do it, but still working on it, lolz double sorry!”
